prices mentioned are our EX-FACTORY,
Mumbai and are subject to alteration

Delivery: Within 2/4 weeks after
receivable of your commercially
firm order. However we are not liable
for any penalty due to delay in
delivery of goods. The delivery
schedule mentioned is in good faith. |

All incidental expenses such as
Packing, Forwarding, Freight &
Insurance, Octroi, etc. up to customers’
destination will be borne by our
customers at the rates applicable
at the time of supply. |

Sales
Tax will be charges extra at appropriate
rates ruling on the date of supply. |

Payment through any Scheduled Bank
or V.P.P. or cash against delivery. |

Octroi will be borne by customer |

Insurance if require, will be borne
by customer |

Excise Duty, if applicable, will
be charged extra |

All customers are requested to mention
in their orders specific instructions
in regard to the mode of dispatch.
Insurance and bankers name. In the
absence of definite instructions
regarding the mode of dispatch,
we will effect dispatch by passenger
train or Lorry transport, whichever
is convenient for us o book at the
time of supply. |

Since the freight rates charged
by different lorry transporters
vary widely, especially in the case
of heavier items, customers are
requested to specify in their orders
the full name and address of the
transport company of their choice.
If no such specific instructions
are given, we shall effect dispatch
by any suitable transport company
which may deemed fit and no dispute
in regard to the rate or amount
of freight charged by the transport
company will be entertained by us
thereafter. |
