Construction: The
haevy cast iron body houses the
power unit. The motor actautes a
mobile eccentric weight, thus providing
a vibratory motion a\on the sieve/table,
for free movement of platform. It
is mounted on helical springs. the
Shaker has a unioformly variable
resistance for speed control and
a timer for setting sieving periods.
Through a hole at the back, the
eccentric weight can be adjusted
for varying amptitude of vibration.

parts operate in oil. the machine
is run by a 1/4 HP electric motor
'Crompton' make which is fitted
inside the main body of the machine.
For best results it is recommended
to use the machine in conjunction
with a time switch of 0-60 mins.

test after the present time.

used for ores, refractory materials,

holes, soaps, cement, roofing materials,
plastic moulding powders & metal
powders. In short wherever Sieveing
is applied.
Technical Specification: The
sieve shaker to carry upto 7 sieves
of inch or 8 inch diameter. the
12" dia serves can be used
with the help of adapter, the shaker
is driven by a 1/4 HP motor through
a reduction gear. teh sieve table
but does not rotate but is inclined
from the vertical axis and the direction
of inclination changes progessively
in the clockwise direction in addittion
to teh gyratory motion of the table,
there is an upward and downward
movement @ frequency of about 270
vibrations per minute ensuring that
each square inch of the sieve is
utilised. The whole gear mechanism
run in an oil bath, without test
sieves or time switch suitable for
operation from 220 volts 50 cycles
AC supply.
