WE
WARRANT THAT each instrument sold
by us or by any of our distributors
is free from defects immaterial
or workmanship and that properly
used, it will perform in full accordance
with the applicable specifications
for a period of 1 year after the
original dispatch.
Certain components, which are not
of our own make, like immersion
heating elements, motors, indicting
lamps are excluded from the warranty.
Complains arising out of mishandling,
willful or through ignorance or
resulting from accidents, attempted
repairs and general wear & tear
are not covered by us.
The
equipment should be sent for repairs,
freight paid and insured against
damage or total lost in transit.
Octroi in Mumbai will also be in
customers account. The return freight
and insurance will be borne by us
if the complaint is found to be
genuine and arising from any manufacturing
defects and provided that the warranty
has not lapsed.
This
warranty will not be operative if
the payment for the equipment is
not made before the stipulated date.
